A trip over to  Bryson Recycling in Belfast saw our engineers carrying out repairs to their Mac 107/2 , replacing platen rollers, fixed and moving blades, bale chamber floor and wall wear plates, platen guide strips and a repair to the platen front plate

A lot of work in a short space of time makes for a happy customer !




On-site repairs to a MAC 111/1 Platen.
This weekend saw our engineering team carrying out repairs on-site in Bristol to a Mac111/1 Baler.  The damaged front plate was carefully removed and replaced, without the need to return the trolley to our Telford workshops.  Whilst on-site we carried out further remedial repairs to the baler , fully utilising the production downtime. 


A substantial repair to a collapsed Mac 108/1 platen. 

Cleaned and crack tested, stripped and then new panels inserted, all welds ground out, topped off with new rollers and a moving blade set. One extremely happy customer !

Macpresse MAC 2000 hogger rotor in for extensive repairs.

After a full clean and crack test, the damaged rotor discs and hammers were removed. New rotor discs were installed along with a complete set of Hammers, all genuine Macpresse parts. 

Machine reliability hinges on good maintenance practices. This weekend saw the draining and cleaning of a  Hydraulic system on a Mac 108/1 baler, removing any deposits from the tank, pipes and valves.  Spotless ! Great work from our engineers.

Another Mac Reel Saw refurbished at our Telford workshop, returned to the customer today.
